My name is Sara, I’m a supervisor here at Central Ave Compassionate Care and today we are talking about the different types of concentrates.

If you’re not sure what a concentrate is, it is a very potent amount of THC, sometimes CBD, sometimes other cannabinoids, but mostly THC, with a very high concentration in a very small amount of product.

Today I have a bunch of concentrates here, mostly from Crispy Commissions;  it’s a very popular brand that we have right now, very high-end.

We’ve got a sugar, we’ve got a live sauce and a budder.

We also have Sanctuary right here, their crumble, and we’ve got the Mac badder as well.

Crumble specifically is a very good concentrate to start with if you’re looking to kind of just break into it and see if you like it.

Crumble is good because you can mix it with your flower, you can put it into a joint, you can sprinkle it on top.

There’s also live sand that’s very much like kief, and that’s a very good starting point too if  you want to just kind of mix it in with your flower and see how you like it.

For the more experienced users, these budders and sauces are good – they have a lot of flavor, they’re very good, but they are goopy and a little bit more difficult to use so if you’re not very used to using the dabs and the dab tools, I would start with something a little bit simpler like the crumble or wax.

Despite the visual differences between all of these concentrates, the potency is still right around the same with all of them.

They all come from different strains; there’s Indicia, Sativa, Hybrids, all of your different options.

The potency is going to be the same and you’re going to get the same high, it’s really just the difference of consistency.
