Hi, my name is Amanda, I work  here at Central Ave! I am the Dispensary Manager and I would like to tell you how to become a patient of ours.

The first step would be certifying yourself with a Cannabis doctor. One that we recommend is MedWell.
Step two would be registering yourself with the Cannabis Control Commission (CCC).

Once you have put in all your credentials, you will then be able to print your temporary card. If you cannot print it at home we are more than happy to print it for you here at Central Ave.

Once that is printed, you’re able to come into our building and then we will start you on our New Patient Program.
The benefits of becoming a medical patient would be no tax on all products, you also get a longer supply of 60 days with 10 ounces, and you also get access to higher-dose edibles.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to any of our team members and we hope to see you soon!
