Freshness Matters!

Our History

Established in 2015, Central Harvest leads by example, providing extensive industry knowledge with a seasoned team of experts. Our staff has been part of the CACCI family for a long period of time. With our staff’s outstanding credentials, we have learned how to implement the very best cultivation practices. We stand out from the crowd by executing a flow of prompt distribution to our consumers.

Genetics

Sourcing a diverse selection of the best seeds from the best breeders, only the most exemplary plants earn a spot in our mother room, where all our small batches originate from. Collectively, our genetics have all been started from seed, tested, and discovered at CACCI.

Our Strains

Not only do our strains remain of high caliber, but we aim to maintain a steady variety of indicas, hybrids and sativas that are continuously unique. We constantly test new strains to improve our existing quality and diversity. Our team patiently hunts for the perfect phenotypes and don’t settle for anything less than the best!

Environmental Control

By proudly providing small batch craft cannabis, cultivated with paramount care- we understand the importance in never treating our plants with any products other than water and fertilizer. We use beneficial insects, proper growth/training techniques, and ideal environmental conditions to ensure a clean finished flower that is grown simply.

Timing & Testing

Prior to harvest, each batch is carefully flushed with water to ensure clean product that smells and tastes like it should once it hits our shelves immediately before packaging/sale to provide not only the most relevant results possible, but flower at its peak quality.

Curing Process

Post Harvest, each batch is dried slowly for at least one week in a controlled environment with the perfect temperature and humidity. Following drying, the flower is carefully cured for approximately four weeks in airtight containers until it looks, feels, and smells just right. Once it is fully cured and trimmed, we immediately send it out for lab testing to provide the most relevant cannabinoid and terpene results for consumers. The product is packaged and on our menus within days of receiving test results.

Transparency

It is our goal to provide you with the necessary details regarding what our patrons are buying by being transparent about both the testing results in accurately displaying what you receive. Our main goal is to get each batch of flower into the hands of customers when it reaches its peak quality.

Consistency

By implementing these unique systems, we can ensure a consistent product that is grown cautiously and intentionally giving our customers confidence within each and every purchase. We want you to be able to buy Central Harvest knowing that the testing results accurately reflect what you receive. Freshness Matters!
